We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and cash. Payments being made by check or cash must be made in person or can be mailed to Human Rights Global Congress™, 123 West Sycamore Street, Wayland, MI. 49348.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refund Policy

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

Purchased memberships are for (12) months periods and maybe setup as recurring statues.

Recurring Membership Cancellation Policy

Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle of your membership.  Current memberships will continue fulfill terms of their contract or commitment before canceling their recurring membership. Recurring memberships must be canceled no less than 5 business days before the next billing due date or one additional membership term may be charged.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refund Policy

Class refunds or a class credit can be provided if you cancel within the first 24 hours after enrollment in the class. There is no refund or class credit once course begins or if you fail to call prior to 24 hours before the start of the class. Students must request a refund in person or by phone to our main office or where the original class registration fees were paid. If registration is made online, the student must request a refund from Human Rights Global Congress™ main office.  Or visit with the instructor’s location where the scheduled class is to be held prior to the 24 hours after enrollment.

Missed Classes Policy

There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups or deferments for missed classes. Please call the Human Rights Global Congress™ main office if you believe you are going to miss the enrolled class so other arrangements will be made.

Cancellation Policy

Human Rights Global Congress™ reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a class which is canceled will be notified by phone or email if a valid phone or email address has been provided. Students enrolled in a canceled class will be offered a class credit or refund for the class.

DONATIONS

Donations made to Human Rights Global Congress™ non-refundable.

Error in Amount of Donation

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for genuine errors in the amount of donation, for online donations using a debit or credit card (e.g. mistake made by hitting the “Submit” button twice or entering an incorrect amount). You have 5 days to notify Human Rights Global Congress™ by calling or by writing in with such error by sending an email to info@humanrightsglobalcongress.org , including the information in Section 4 below.

Cancelling Recurring Donations:   

Donors making recurring donations may cancel future donations by sending a cancellation email to info@humanrightsglobalcongress.org including the information in Section 4 below. For requests received before the 15th of the month, payments will stop the following month.

SECTION 4:

Provide all of the following information in your e-mail notices:

  • Your full name
  • Transaction date (in case of recurring donations, the date of the monthly transaction)
  • Transaction/donation amount
  • Transaction ID (the 10-digit number provided to you after you submit your donation)
  • Detail of request.

If you are requesting a refund for an error in donation amount, please describe the nature of the error. Please DO NOT include your credit card information in any e-mail message to Human Rights Global Congress™.
